Refund & Return Policy

1. Return Window & Eligibility

14‑Day Return Window – You may request a return for any reason within 14 calendar days of receiving the product.

Condition Requirements

  • Items may be handled only as necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning (as you would in a retail store). Handling beyond this may result in a reasonable deduction for loss in value.
  • All accessories, manuals and complimentary gifts must be returned together.
  • To speed up approval, we encourage you to attach photos showing the product’s condition & intact seal – requested but not mandatory under statutory rights.

2. Change‑of‑Mind Returns

  • You are responsible for all return‑shipping costs.
  • No restocking or administrative fees will be charged.

3. Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If the item you received is defective, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, we will:

  1. Provide a pre‑paid return label or arrange free courier pick‑up, and
  2. Offer either a full refund or a free replacement – at your choice.

4. How to Start a Return

  1. Contact Us – Email support@m4boosthub.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.
  2. Receive Instructions – We will confirm eligibility and send a return label or arrange pick‑up within 1‑2 business days.
  3. Pack & Ship – Pack the item securely and hand it to the courier or drop it off at the specified location.
  4. Inspection & Refund – Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 30 days after we receive the goods or proof of dispatch, whichever is earlier.

5. Exceptions & Non‑Returnable Items

  • Final‑sale or clearance items, digital goods, gift cards and software licences are non‑returnable unless defective.
  • Returns sent without prior authorisation may be refused.

6. EU / UK Right of Withdrawal

This policy implements your statutory right under Directive 2011/83/EU and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013:

  • You have 14 days to withdraw without giving a reason.
  • You pay only the direct cost of returning the goods.
  • No restocking or admin fees will be deducted.
  • You may (but are not obliged to) use the model withdrawal form.

7. Region‑Specific Notices

  • Australia – Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
  • Québec – Une version française est disponible sur demande.
