Time zone & processing

  • All orders are processed in Hong Kong Time (HKT, UTC+8; no daylight saving time).
  • Standard handling: ships on the next business day after your order is placed.
  • Backorder/out-of-stock: dispatch extends by +1 business day, or follows the ETA shown on the product page.

Business days

“Business day” means Monday–Friday, excluding official Hong Kong public holidays.

Transit time

Typical door-to-door transit time is 6–8 business days. Actual delivery can vary by carrier routing, customs processing, and local delivery conditions.

Tracking

  • A tracking number is emailed/SMSed immediately after dispatch.
  • Tracking events may take several hours to appear.

Lost or missing parcels

If a parcel is not delivered and the carrier confirms loss after an investigation, and the issue is not caused by an incorrect/incomplete address or customer refusal, we will re-ship for free or offer a suitable remedy.

Shipping coverage & rates

The countries/regions we ship to (and the rates) are determined at checkout by our shipping zones. If your destination doesn’t appear at checkout, we currently don’t ship to that location.

Examples (HKT)

  • Order placed Mon 16:00 HKT → ships Tue (next business day).
  • Order placed Fri 21:00 HKT → ships Mon (next business day).
  • On backorder → ships +1 business day after restock or per ETA.

Notes

  • Customs duties/taxes are governed by local authorities and, where applicable, are payable by the recipient.
  • If re-delivery is required due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply.
